Kala Clipz Tuner I purchased from Amazon.com on November 8, 2022, is delivered today, November 21, 2022, but the clip parts are completely destroyed. I assume Japanese agency is not carrying it, though. I wonder if you can ask Amazon.com in Seattle to send me the replacement instead of returning? Returning cost is more expensive than the item which is totally ridiculous.
